12 week Transformation: personal training

"Doing the 12 Week Transformation with Mariah is probably the most life-changing decision I've ever made."

  • 2-hour Orientation via Zoom or in person*. We assess bodyfat, take before pictures, measurements, establish goals, get you set up on your tracking tools (a major key to your success!), set up your shared drive for your programming and generally make a plan

  • Handbook: Keys to Success, Nutritional Guidelines, Goal Setting, Science of Calories

  • Nutrition Tracking setup and tutorial at Orientation

  • Garmin Heart Rate Monitor (tutorial on set up at the Orientation) 

  • 2 or 3 Hour-Long Personal Training Sessions per week in my gym* or via videoconference

  • In-Home or In-Gym homework assignments 1-3 additional days per week - depending on how many times per week you attend PT sessions, your goals, motivation level, and lifestyle

  • One nutrition review per week

  • Regular feedback based on your logging that creates a "Big Brother" effect immediately

  • Thorough knowledge of how it happened and why it happened

Results

  • Typically 3% body fat loss every 4 weeks

  • Thorough knowledge of how it happened and why it happened

Results

Details

  • Training sessions are done via videoconference unless agreed in advance. *Bozeman only

  • We place individuals in Groups based on Goals, not location. Expect a bi-coastal mix of clients, all with similar Goals.
